A gentle introduction to movement, breathwork and body awareness designed for little ones — playful stretches, calming songs and simple mindfulness practices that help kids tune into how they feel.

What to expect
Sessions run 60 minutes and are gently guided from start to finish. We open with a welcome song, move into playful stretches and simple yoga-inspired poses, weave in a short breathing or sensory moment, and close with a calming rest and goodbye song.
What to bring
Wear comfortable clothes your child can move and stretch in. Bring a mat — limited mats will be available for use. Parents are welcome to stay and participate.
